A person reads every message.
The fastest route is inside the app, where your message arrives with the river and the screen you were on.
Report wrong river data
On any river, or in Ask Finn, use Feedback → Incorrect river / data. Tell us the number that looks wrong; we check it against the station.
Ask for a river
Search for it in Discover; if RiverFinn does not cover it yet you can request it. Requests for the same river are counted together.
Bugs, billing, anything else
Use Feedback in Ask Finn, or email support@riverfinn.com. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google; cancel from your device's subscription settings.
Signing in
Sign in with your email and password, or use a secure magic link. Tap Continue with magic link and we email you one: it is valid for a short time and works once, and if it has expired you can request another from the sign-in screen. Creating an account with a password takes one extra step — we email you a link to confirm your address before the account is made.
Forgotten password
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and enter your email. If that address has an account with a password, we email a reset link; it expires in an hour and works once. Choosing a new password signs you out on every device, so sign in again with the new one.
If you never set a password, there is nothing to reset — use Continue with magic link instead. The magic link is always available, whether or not you have a password, and you can set or change a password any time from Account → Set password.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Account → Delete account. It removes your account along with your saved waters, plans, alerts and conversations, and signs you out everywhere. No longer have the app? Use the account deletion page and we will email you a link to confirm. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that from your device's subscription settings.
